UAE register lists CMTrading, MH Markets and HYCM entities with Category 5 permissions

Three UAE companies associated with CMTrading, MH Markets and HYCM appear with active permissions in the Capital Market Authority's public register. The entries show a route for local client introduction, promotion or financial consultations, depending on the entity. They do not give all three firms identical permissions.

CMTrading identifies CM Global Financial L.L.C S.O.C as its UAE partner. The regulator lists that company for financial consultations, introduction and promotion. MH Markets Financial Services LLC has active entries for consultations and introduction, while HYCM Financial Services L.L.C is listed for introduction and promotion.

What Category 5 allows

The UAE rulebook names Category 5 “Arrangement and advice”. The regulator warns on its company records that a Category 5 licence alone does not authorise a firm to execute clients' trades, manage portfolios or conduct brokerage in over-the-counter derivatives or spot foreign exchange. A brand's presence in the UAE therefore does not, by itself, identify which legal entity would hold a customer's money or execute an order.

Anyone considering an account can check the exact company name in the CMA register and compare its listed activities with the entity named in the account agreement. Those are separate checks: a local introduction or promotion permission should not be read as a trading licence for the same company.
