Tanami launches Saudi investment services under CMA licence

Tanami has opened its private-market investment platform to clients in Saudi Arabia, according to a September 13 company announcement. Its local entity, Tanami Capital Investment Company, is authorised by the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) to manage investments in securities.

What the regulator has approved

The CMA announced on August 24 that Tanami Capital Investment Company had met the requirements to begin the authorised managing-investments activity. The regulator said its licensing resolution was issued on October 13, 2025. The company also appears in the CMA's register of capital market institutions under managing investments. These records establish the Saudi entity's permission for that activity; they do not describe a separate approval for each product advertised on the platform.

Private-market access through a digital platform

Tanami says its platform gives investors access to global private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure opportunities. The company describes its offerings as Shariah-compliant and says some have quarterly liquidity and lower minimum investments than are customary for private markets. Those are the company's descriptions of its offering, not terms confirmed in the CMA's licensing notice.

Investors considering a specific product should check its own documents for eligibility, minimum subscription, fees, risks and the actual conditions for withdrawals. Quarterly liquidity should not be read as a promise that money can always be withdrawn immediately.

Tanami identifies its Saudi provider as Tanami Capital for Investment and publishes licence number 25333-02 in its company disclosure. The CMA notice and institution register remain the sources for verifying the regulated entity and its authorised activity.
